Many common questions are already answered on our FAQ page and in our Guides section — you may find an instant answer there. If you're reporting a data issue, please include the exact stock ticker (for example, RELIANCE.NS) and the value you expected, so we can reproduce and resolve it quickly.

Response times

We are a small team focused on keeping the platform fast, accurate, and free. We aim to respond to all genuine enquiries within one to two business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Indian public holidays). Complex data investigations may take a little longer.
